What my students say...

I started to make pauses after each question and take a breath. And nothing happened — all participants just waited a bit and there were no issues at all. I saw my speaking 'issues' from a completely different angle. What surprised me most was that my issues were connected not only to vocabulary, but also to the psychological side.

Professional English Under Pressure

It made a noticeable difference in my work, especially when handling emails, reports, or meetings in English. I felt more confident using specific business-related terminology and my boss invited me to speak in more meetings. You've taught me how to use my language as a tool in general management and people management at work, improving my business skills in my own language as well as in English.

The tools for improving were always in me. But my mindset sometimes didn't let me be aware. Without another person to guide me, only reflecting alone, I was uncomfortable. Now I'm trying new things and different approaches.

My philosophy...

Most of the professionals I work with don't have a specific English problem. They have a communication problem, and often a confidence problem, that shows up most clearly when they're speaking English under pressure. The issue is rarely grammar or vocabulary, although there are always improvements to make there. But that's not what blocks their professional communication and ability to show their true professional skill when speaking in English. The bigger issue is structure, strategy, and the mental load that comes with performing professionally in a second language.

Traditional English lessons address the wrong thing. They improve your English in the abstract. What changes how you perform at work is learning how to use the English you already have with more intention, more clarity, and more control, and doing that in real situations, continuously, rather than once a week in a classroom disconnected from your actual work.

After completing one of my programmes, students often tell me that what surprised them most wasn't how much English they'd learned. It was how differently they'd started thinking about communication itself.
