Interview Preparation Programme

A structured 5-session private coaching programme for professionals who need to perform confidently and convincingly in a job interview in English.

5 sessions · live 1:1 coaching · tailored to your situation

You have the experience. The challenge is explaining it clearly, confidently, and in English.

Most professionals who find English interviews difficult are not struggling because of grammar. They struggle because they don't have a reliable system and stop trusting in their language ability. They know what they've done, but under pressure, in a second language, with someone evaluating every word, it's hard to structure a clear, convincing answer quickly.

The result is answers that are too long, too vague, or too focused on responsibilities rather than results. Answers that don't show the real value of what they've achieved. Which can mean they sound less capable than they actually are.

This programme gives you the system. Three sessions of structured coaching build the language and technique you need. Two full practice interviews — with detailed feedback — let you apply it under realistic conditions before the real thing.

Five sessions — a complete system for interview success in English

Each session builds on the last. By the end, you'll have the structure, the language, the stories, and the practice to walk into any interview in English with genuine confidence.

Session 1 — Structure and "Tell me about yourself"

The foundation of a strong interview is knowing how to structure your answers. You want to give an answer that gives the correct, high-value information without losing direction or speaking for too long.

This session introduces two core frameworks: a repeatable structure for experience-based questions, and a four-part structure to prepare a response to the dreaded "Tell me about yourself." You'll analyse example answers, identify what makes them strong or weak, and begin preparing your own structured responses.

Session 2 — Experience, achievements and difficult situations

Most interview questions are asking for the same thing: evidence that you can do the job.

This session teaches you how to present your experience as achievements rather than responsibilities — a shift that immediately makes you sound more senior and more credible. It also covers the language for describing problems, conflicts, and difficult situations in a way that sounds professional and measured rather than negative.

Session 3 — Difficult questions and interview strategy

The questions candidates find hardest are rarely the most complex — they're the ones that feel personal or exposing.

This session covers strengths and weaknesses, motivation questions ("Why do you want this job?", "Why should we hire you?"), and how to handle unexpected or challenging questions calmly. It also covers the questions you should be asking at the end of the interview, and how to research and prepare for a specific role and company.

Session 4 — First practice interview

A full practice interview conducted by Anna-Maria, followed by detailed structured feedback. The focus is on structure, clarity, results and impact, tone and confidence, and overall strategy. You'll receive specific feedback on what worked well and what needs improving before the second practice interview.

Session 5 — Second practice interview

A second full practice interview, designed to show measurable improvement from Session 4. Followed by a comparison of the two interviews and some final advice for real interviews that you can use to prepare for any future interview.

This isn't a generic interview course.

It's built around your specific situation.

Before the programme begins, you're invited to share your CV so the sessions can be tailored to your background, experience, and the types of roles you're applying for.

If you're preparing for a specific interview, sharing the job description and company information means the practice interviews in Sessions 4 and 5 can include realistic questions for that exact role — the kind of questions you're actually likely to face.

The result is a programme that prepares you for the real interviews you'll be doing, not a hypothetical one.

What will be different after this programme

You'll have a repeatable system for answering any interview question clearly and confidently, a set of structured stories you can adapt to different questions, and a framework you can apply to any future interview. The preparation you do in this programme doesn't expire after one interview.

The shift that most students notice is that they stop trying to find the perfect words under pressure and start relying on structure instead. Structure is reliable in a way that vocabulary isn't — especially in a second language, under pressure, in a high-stakes situation.

And it doesn't just help with English language interviews.

Students who've done this programme report that the time spent identifying the best stories to illustrate their skills and experience, as well as the structured approach to preparing their answers, improved their performance even when the interview was conducted in their native language.
