When your English is good, but still slows you down at work

Show up confidently and visibly at work as the professional you already are, even in English.

The Fluent Business English Accelerator is a structured, self-led programme for professionals who want to speak, write, and contribute in English with confidence — without lessons, pressure, or constantly second-guessing themselves.

This programme is for you if...

  • You already use English regularly at work

  • You understand meetings, emails, and presentations, but don’t always feel at ease

  • You overthink phrasing, tone, or whether to speak up

  • You want English to feel lighter and more automatic, not like something you have to manage

  • You don’t want another course. You want a system that fits around real work

You don’t need more English. You need it to feel dependable.

It’s probably not for you if...

  • You’re looking for grammar lessons or exam preparation

  • You want weekly live classes and external accountability

  • You’re at an early language level and still need foundational English

Why English feels harder than it should...

Most professionals I work with find English challenging. Not because their English is weak, but because English is being used in high-pressure situations:

  • meetings with senior stakeholders

  • fast discussions where you have to think and speak at the same time

  • moments where tone, clarity, and confidence matter as much as accuracy

When pressure increases, even strong English can feel harder to access.

People hesitate. They over-edit. They hold back.

This isn’t a language-level problem.

It’s a confidence, clarity, and mental-load problem.

When this mental load reduces, people often notice that meetings feel less exhausting, they stop replaying conversations afterwards, and English starts to feel like a tool again — not something they have to manage all the time.

What the Fluent Business English Accelerator is

The Accelerator is a self-led, structured programme designed for professionals who want meaningful progress without ongoing 1:1 coaching.

It gives you:

  • a clear framework for using English under pressure

  • practical language for meetings, presentations, telephone and video calls, and written communication

  • guidance on tone, clarity, and professional presence

  • guided practice and support to apply the language in your real day-to-day communications

You move at your own speed, revisiting what you need and applying it directly to your work.

This is the right option if you want:

  • depth without dependency

  • flexibility without losing structure

  • progress you can feel at work, not just in lessons

By the end of the Accelerator, you'll be able to...

  • contribute in meetings as yourself, without holding back or over-preparing because of your English

  • express your ideas clearly and confidently, even when you need to think and speak at the same time

  • pick up the phone or join video calls with confidence, knowing how to manage the conversation as it unfolds

  • write emails and messages that reflect your thinking accurately, without relying on AI to say what you mean

  • present information in English with clarity and credibility, including responding to questions and discussion

  • trust your English enough that it no longer undermines how capable or professional you feel at work

Not because your English became “perfect”, but because it became reliable, even on busy or high-pressure days.

For many professionals, this is the point where English stops being something they worry about, and starts being a tool that supports their career instead of limiting it.

How the Fluent Business English Accelerator works

The Accelerator is designed to fit around real work — not compete with it.

Rather than asking you to “study more”, it gives you a clear system for using English more confidently in the situations that matter most.

A simple, repeatable learning pattern

Everything inside the Accelerator follows the same structure:

Learn → practise → apply at work

  • You learn specific language strategies and techniques.

  • You practise them in a focused, low-pressure way.

  • Then you apply them directly in meetings, emails, presentations, and conversations at work.

You’re not working through a syllabus.

You’re building reliability.

How much time does the Accelerator take?

Most professionals spend around 2–3 hours per week on the Accelerator, but others can only dedicate 1 hour.

This usually includes:

  • watching a small number of short lessons

  • making notes and preparing for real work situations

  • applying what you’ve learned in meetings, emails, or conversations

Some weeks you may spend a little more time, especially when preparing for a presentation or an important meeting. Other weeks, you may simply revisit a lesson before a situation you know is coming up.

The programme is designed to fit around a full-time job, not to feel like an additional course you have to keep up with.

Lessons are short and designed to be revisited.

There are no deadlines and no pressure to “keep up”.

That flexibility is intentional.

Optional group coaching

(included for a defined period)

For the first four months, the Accelerator includes optional group coaching sessions. These sessions are there to support early application and confidence-building.

You can use them to:

  • clarify a concept

  • practise a specific situation

  • sense-check how you’re using the language

They are not required to make progress, and many participants use them selectively or not at all. There is no obligation to attend, participate, or share.

The Accelerator is designed to work even if you prefer to learn quietly and independently.

Why this support is time-limited

The group coaching is included for a defined period because the goal of the Accelerator is self-sufficiency, not ongoing dependence. By the time the group coaching phase ends, most people know how to apply what they need, where to return in the programme when new situations arise, and how to keep progressing independently.

The core value of the Accelerator is the system itself, which you continue to have access to, without time limits.

Why this is different from traditional English coaching

My name is Anna-Maria, and I designed the Fluent Business English Accelerator for professionals who already speak good English, but don’t feel confident using it under pressure.

This programme is shaped by the two careers I’ve lived:

  • over 15 years working in finance and senior business roles, where clarity, judgement, and credibility matter

  • nearly a decade coaching professionals who use English every day at work

That combination matters.

It means the focus isn’t on “better English” in abstract terms, but on practical communication shaped by real-world experience, including:

  • how English is actually used in meetings, presentations, calls, and decision-making

  • how tone, hierarchy, and indirectness affect communication across cultures

  • how pressure affects thinking, even with strong English

I designed the Accelerator for people who don’t need to be taught English, but need it to stop interfering with how they perform professionally.

What’s included in the Accelerator

Everything inside the Fluent Business English Accelerator is designed to support one outcome:

using English more confidently and reliably in real work situations.

Core programme access

You get lifetime access to the full Accelerator system, including:

  1. over 20 hours of short, focused video lessons covering:

    • professional tone and clarity

    • meetings and spoken interaction

    • managing telephone and video calls comfortably

    • presenting ideas and information clearly

    • written communication that sounds natural and professional

  2. practical exercises to help you apply what you learn

The content is designed to be revisited, not completed once and forgotten.

Private Mastermind & support space

The Accelerator also includes access to a Mastermind community space.

In practice, this works as a light-touch support environment where you can:

  1. ask questions as they arise

  2. sense-check phrasing, tone, or usage

  3. get clarification directly from me

  4. learn from real situations others are navigating

There is no expectation to post, participate publicly, or be visible. Many people use this space quietly, asking when they need clarification, then returning to their work.

Ongoing access, without time pressure

You keep access to:

  1. all programme content

  2. the Mastermind space

  3. any future updates or additions

There are no deadlines, no expiry, and no expectation to move at a particular pace. You can move quickly when you have time, and more slowly when work is demanding.

What if I get busy and can’t keep up?

This is exactly why the Accelerator includes lifetime access and no fixed schedule.

Most professionals start with the intention of completing the programme in around 8–10 weeks, but in reality, many people take 3-4 months because work gets busy, projects happen, and priorities shift.

The programme is designed to support real professional life, not compete with it.

What this does NOT include

To keep the programme focused and sustainable, the Accelerator deliberately does not include:

  1. weekly live classes (after the initial period)

  2. 1:1 coaching or personalised correction

Those elements exist elsewhere in my work, for people who want a different level of support. The Accelerator is intentionally designed to stand on its own.

The investment for the Fluent Business English Accelerator is

€647 or 2 monthly payments of €367

This includes:

  • lifetime access to the full Accelerator system

  • access to the private Mastermind & support space

  • optional group coaching for the first four months

  • all future updates and additions

BONUS: you also get lifetime access to two of my short courses:

  • Speak Like A Native pronunciation course

  • Sound Like You Belong business idioms course

There are no hidden costs required to benefit from the programme.

In practical terms, this gives you:

  • a complete professional communication system you can reuse for years

  • support while you start applying it in real work situations

  • lifetime access, so you can revisit the material whenever your role changes or your responsibilities grow

When is the right time to join the Accelerator?

Most people join the Accelerator at a moment when English is becoming more visible in their work — for example:

  • they’re starting to participate more in meetings

  • they’ve changed role or joined an international team

  • they’re presenting or speaking more often

  • they’re working with senior stakeholders in English

  • they feel capable in their job, but less confident in English than in their first language

If English is starting to affect how visible, confident, or effective you feel at work, that’s usually the right moment to put a proper system in place.

Is this the right level of support for you?

The Accelerator is designed for professionals who want to make meaningful progress independently, with structure and guidance, but without ongoing 1:1 coaching.

If you're looking for:

  • personalised feedback on your individual work

  • continuous, direct access to me

  • a fully guided coaching relationship

then my private Accelerator Mentorship would be a better fit.

If, however, you want:

  • a clear system you can rely on

  • language and strategies that apply directly to real work

  • the freedom to move at your own speed

the Accelerator is designed to work well on its own.

You don’t need to be certain before you begin.

If you join the Accelerator and decide within the first 14 days that it isn’t the right fit for you, you can let me know and I’ll refund your investment in full.

No explanations required.

This means you can join, explore the programme properly, and decide once you’ve seen how it works in practice.

What my students notice in practice...

Participants use the Accelerator in different ways. Some work through it independently, while others combine it with mentorship support.

In both cases, the key is applying the system in real work situations.

"You’ve taught me how to use my language as a tool in general management and people management at work, improving my business skills in my own language, as well as in English. It’s made me much more confident at work."
